ROBERT Channon Wines came alive with music in two shows on the weekend of August 5 and 6.
Co-owner Peggy Channon said they were thrilled with the turnout at both shows, which included male and female barbershop a capella groups on the Saturday and a chamber orchestra on Sunday.
"It was a really good turn-up for both Saturday and Sunday,” Mrs Channon said.
"We had a very good and appreciative audience for both of those concerts and there were a lot of people who came on Saturday who also came back on Sunday.”
She said the female-only Headliners Chorus from Ballina and male High Altitude Harmony enjoyed something of a rivalry on the Saturday.
The Corda Spiritus Chamber Players took to the Swigmore Hall on Sunday to perform a chamber music repertoire featuring Felix Mendelssohn's Octet in E flat major and Franz Schubert's Octet in F Major.
Mrs Channon said solo pianist Roman Rudnytsky would perform at the Amiens winery on Sunday, September 10.
